In conjunction with booking, we send you a rental contract. You make the booking final by paying 10% of the rental cost. The lease automatically expires 3 days after booking if the above amount has not been paid. The remaining 90% is payable no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation cannot be done meaning that payed amounts are not payed back. Re-booking can be done by arrangement.

The price includes gas & electricity as well as bed linen and towels.

Mandatory cleaning is provided with 200 Euro per rental period.

Upon arrival you will be met by our concierge who will give you keys and information about the house. A security deposit of 500 Euro (cash) is to be paid on arrival and is refundable on departure.
